Fines & Fees
Daily fines are charged for each item that is not returned or renewed by its due date. Check due dates and renew items on your card promptly to avoid overdue fines. If fines and other fees on your card exceed $10.00, borrowing privileges (including the ability to place holds) will be suspended until the fines are reduced below the $10.00 limit.

You may also be charged repair or replacement costs if you lose or damage library material. Please refer to our Table of Fines & Fees and our Price List for additional information.
The Library distributes overdue notices by phone, email, and text message as a courtesy. Failure to receive an overdue notice does not exempt a library card holder from responsibility for overdue fines.
Accounts with overdues or fines that exceed $25.00 will be sent to a materials collection service. A $10 processing fee will also added to the account.

Titles may not be renewed if they are on hold for another customer.

Borrowing Limits
Limits on the number of items that may be charged to a single library card at any one time vary by card type and type of material. These include:

Educator Library cards are limited to 150 items at any one time. Videocassettes and DVDs may not be checked out on Educator Cards.
Limits may also be set for seasonal or special demand materials.
Loan periods and renewal limits for digital material are determined by the provider.
