Online Application · Internet Card

The Internet Only Card is a special card that is restricted to Internet access within the library only. The Internet-only card is available to adults who live within the Library’s service area but do not have a library card. The Internet-Only Card works in the following ways:

  • Allows in-house access to the Internet and all databases to adults at any library location.
  • Does not allow for the checkout of any library materials or downloadables.

There are no fines associated with the Internet-Only Card. An Internet-Only Card will not be issued if you currently have a library card.

In order to use your Internet-Only Card beyond the temporary period, you must activate your card by visiting your neighborhood branch or the Main Library, where you will be asked to verify your identity.
