The branch is located on the northeast corner of Springfield Pike and Wyoming Avenue. The entrance to the parking lot is on the Wyoming Avenue side of the building. The branch is served by Metro route 78.
The Wyoming Branch opened in 1959, replacing village libraries, which had been in operation in various locations throughout Wyoming and Hartwell since 1900. Originally named the Bonham Branch in honor of Judge Frank Bonham, a prominent Wyoming citizen and former library trustee, it was renamed the Wyoming Branch Library in January 2001 to better reflect the community it serves.
Although the Wyoming Branch is ADA accessible, handicap access to its meeting room and restroom is not available. The branch has a book return.
The Wyoming Branch meeting room seats 80 people. Visit the meeting room webpage for additional information and a link to the online reservation form.
