Tara L. Khoury was sworn in as a Trustee of the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County at the August 9, 1999 meeting of the Library Board. She was first appointed to the Board by the Hamilton County Commissioners to fulfill an unexpired term through September 30, 2004. Ms. Khoury served as President of the Board in 2010 and 2004.
Ms. Khoury is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Cincinnati Bell, responsible for directing all marketing strategies, activities, and functions across the corporation. Most recently, she was Senior Vice President and Chief Global Marketing Officer for Kao Brands Company in Cincinnati, where she managed worldwide marketing activities for a portfolio of premium skin and hair care product brands. She previously held senior and strategic marketing positions with Sara Lee Corporation, The Benchmark Group, and Procter & Gamble.
Ms. Khoury has a Bachelor of Arts with Honors degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She currently serves as President of the Advisory Board for the University of Wisconsin Graduate Business School Center for Brand and Product Management. Ms. Khoury also serves on the finance and strategy committee for Mercy Health Partners. She is a resident of Blue Ash.
Ms. Khoury's term as a Trustee ended on September 30, 2011.
