Library Card Challenge - Schools

Library Card Mascot

Dear Principals,

Your school can be a star by joining the Library Card Challenge this fall!

By partnering with the Public Library you can give your students and teachers the most powerful tool available to boost their success in school – a library card! A library card provides incomparable sources of knowledge and unlimited tools for achievement and lifelong learning.

Every school that signs up 80% or more students for RED cards will receive a gold (95%), silver (90%), bronze (85%), or super honor roll (80%) banner to proudly display, and inclusion in a drawing for a grand prize arts performance. Three lucky schools will be awarded an onsite performance courtesy of Greater Cincinnati Alliance for Arts Education (GCAAE) member organizations.

Thank you for partnering with the Public Library to help put a library card in the hands of all school children. Together we can build a brighter future for them and our community.
