The TechCenter houses nearly 100 public access PCs running Windows XP which employ the following software applications:

- Microsoft Office 2007 Picture Manager
- A flexible way to manage, edit, and share your pictures. Picture Manager can automatically perform corrections to your pictures. If you ever need to adjust something more specific, you can choose from several individual picture editing tools.
