This workshop covers the process of moving on from a job loss. It discusses reassessment of goals, understanding the future job market, and finding the right job.

Resume Writing
1:00–1:45 p.m.
This workshop will discuss the critical factors, from the perspective of the employer, that are required for a successful resume, and cover letter. If possible, participants should bring their current resumes and a cover letter.

Learn networking tips that will help you stand out from the crowd!

Interview Tips and Techniques
4:00–4:45 p.m.
Learn effective tips and techniques to help you ace the interview and win the job! Also, participants will learn about the importance of thank you letters, networking, and informational interviewing. A mock interview can be scheduled for the following day.

Mock Interviews
10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Put your interviewing skills to the test during our mock interview sessions! Constructive criticism will follow regarding interview performance and how to improve communications. Interested participants may choose to have their session recorded and emailed to them. Sign up for a mock interview session during the “Interview Tips and Techniques” program on August 5th.
Mock interviews will be conducted by the Human Resources Department of the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County.
