READ THE BOOK. JOIN THE CONVERSATION.

This February and March marks the 12th annual On the Same Page community-wide reading program organized by the Library in partnership with other area organizations and universities. This year’s selected title, The End of Your Life Book Club by Will Schwalbe, celebrates the pursuit of lifelong reading and how the joy of reading enriches and even changes lives. You are invited to read the book, take part in book discussions, and visit with the author.

CARDHOLDER SATISFACTION RATED VERY HIGH
Thank you to so many of our new cardholders for responding to a survey sent out recently to find out their level of satisfaction with Library services. Overall, new cardholders are very satisfied, rating their overall satisfaction at 6 out of 7. The primary reason for obtaining a card remains borrowing print materials (45%), but those selecting downloading digital materials doubled in one year to just over 20%. The highest satisfaction scores were on friendliness of staff, staff assistance, and building cleanliness and safety. While we are pleased that our customers rate their satisfaction so positively, the Library is listening to your feedback and will keep implementing changes to do even better.
