Pet Memorial Fund
The Public Library’s Pet Memorial Fund is a lasting way of remembering a beloved pet. Donations to the Pet Memorial Fund make possible the purchase of library materials that provide information and enjoyment to book lovers of all ages. Books bought with Pet Memorial donations can be found at the Main Library and at all branches throughout Hamilton County.

Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden - Animals & Exhibits
Explore the Cincinnati Zoo to see birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians & fish, and invertebrates. Provides educational exhibits and self-guided tours. Offers children's programs for 18-month to 14 year-olds and the Zoo Academy that offers a four year college preparatory program where students earn vocational degrees by working with zoo keepers for two hours a day.
Dog Visitation Program
A program offered by the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center for volunteers to provide animal assisted therapy. Provides evaluation and application information.
Equi-Kids/Beechmont Stables and Rescue
Equi-Kids offers horsemanship opportunities to youths, while helping care for and save the lives of unwanted horses. Non-profit, volunteer organization that promotes non-lethal control for feral cat colonies and humane methods to reduce the population of feral cats in the Greater Cincinnati area. Offers volunteer opportunities including pet care, pet companionship, transportation, and clerical duties. Also offers Neuterville Express, a low-cost spay/neuter surgery for cats and a transport service that goes to all areas in the Ohio Valley.

Run by the Cincinnati-based animal rescue, Recycled Doggies, in association with the Pet Alliance, the Pantry offers temporary food assistance to help keep pets with their owners during economic hardship.
Circle Tail, Inc.
Non-profit organization that provides service and hearing dogs to people with disabilities. Also provides dogs for adoption, and offers obedience training, behavior management, and boarding services.
Companion Animal Problem Solvers, Inc.
Provides services to resolve troublesome pet, companion, and exotic animal behavior problems, both in the home and in animal facilities in the Indianapolis, Cincinnati and Dayton area.
