Step 1: Pick up a copy of Alex & Me at your local library or bookstore. Regular print, large print, audio, and downloadable editions of the book are available at the library.
Step 2: Start reading! During the month of February, everyone in the community will be reading.
Step 3: Talk about the book. During February and March, book discussions will be taking place all over the city. This is your opportunity to share your thoughts and feelings about the title with other members of the community.
Step 4: Attend an event. A variety of special events and book discussions related to the project will take place in February and March. Keep an eye on the On the Same Page website for details and further information!
Pet Cam: Share your pet's tricks!
In the spirit of Alex & Me, we've also launched a Pet Cam on our YouTube Channel. Check it out! And, if you'd like to submit your own entry, send your video file (.mov or .wmv) to Emily Baute. We'll add it to the line-up!
