A Dog on His Own
K-10 is a spunky dog who thinks he can make it on his own just fine. He doesn’t need friends—human or canine--so when people adopt him, he always leaves. When the pound catches him, he decides to escape. K-10 soon realizes the outside world is more difficult than expected, so he must rely on his new companions, Pearl and Peppy, to survive. In the process, he learns the true meaning of friendship. Ages 8-9.
