The Duchess of Whimsy
The fancy and fussy Duchess of Whimsy is annoyed by the attention she receives from the stodgy Earl of Norm. His adoration leads to outlandish antics as he attempts to court the Duchess. When her cook becomes ill the Duchess is at wit’s end; the Earl very calmly creates a grilled cheese sandwich feast. Ah-ha, maybe there is something to this Earl guy after all! New Yorker artist Peter De Seve and wife Randall combine their talents in this rollicking fairy tale that proves opposites do attract. Ages 5-6.
