Actor, singer, pianist, Grammy Award winner and celebrity Harry Connick, Jr. began his career as a jazz musician but made his big break into the American mainstream when director Rob Reiner commissioned him for the soundtrack to When Harry Met Sally in 1989. His polished voice on the old Ellington and Gershwin standards led to that album’s double platinum success. On his latest release Harry delivers double the romance with songs such as “The Way You Look Tonight”, “Some Enchanted Evening”, “And I Love Her”, “Smile”, and ten other classics, accompanied by a full jazz and string orchestra and guests Branford and Wynton Marsalis.
