Ice
Gabriel McQueen has just arrived home from the service on Christmas leave. Despite a brewing ice storm, his sheriff father enlists him to make sure distant neighbor Lolly Helton—who has dropped out of contact—is safe and sound. Gabriel arrives to find strangers in Lolly’s home and helps her escape, but the ice storm downs trees, blocks roads, and traps the fleeing couple from their pursuers.
