The Girl on Legare Street
In this sequel to The House on Tradd Street (2008), psychic realtor Melanie Middleton helps her estranged mother buy back the family home. Opera star Ginnette Middleton has returned to Charleston, hoping to repair her relationship with her daughter as well as restore their old home. The two succeed in buying back the house, at the same time unearthing a menacing presence that threatens everything they hold dear. The paranormal overtones and romance between Melanie and her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Jack, will appeal to fans of the author's The Lost Hours (2009).
