In his multi-decade career singer Rod Stewart has moved with ease from barroom rock to folk-pop to disco to jazz. A former member of the Jeff Beck Group and Faces, Stewart also began an early solo career and found success with radio-play favorites “Da Ya Think I’m Sexy” and “Maggie May.” In 2001 Stewart began a series of albums covering the Great American Songbook, a period covering the 1920’s to 1960. In the same tradition the soon-to-be-released Soulbook covers classic Motown favorites like “Just My Imagination”, “My Cherie Amour”, and “What Becomes of the Broken Hearted.”
