Redwood Giants
Stephen Stillet, tree climber, botanist, and recognized authority of the California Redwood, investigates the living canopies of some of the world’s most majestic trees. As Stillet and his team skywalk through the tops of trees close to 400 feet tall, explorer Mike Fay probes the redwood range from ground level. A year in the making this documentary study of the primeval forest affords the viewer the opportunity to visit many of the trees whose exact locations are kept hidden for preservation purposes.
