A Friend Like You
Photographer Tanja Askani has adopted injured or abandoned animals and nursed them back to health. Wolf pups, owls, rabbits, and fawns are among her rescued pets. In heart-warming photographs she shows the unusual friendships that occur as her adopted pets bond and share adventures. A squirrel and an owl, nose-to-nose, appear as natural friends in Askani’s creative and inventive photographs. Ages 3 and up.
