Animal eggs are featured in this interactive book with egg-shaped die cuts between the pages and clues that let readers guess what’s inside. Snowy mountaintops and a penguin’s webbed toes peek through to the belly of mother penguin. Birds, turtles, caterpillars, crocodiles and a platypus are featured with brief text and decorative textured illustrations. A closing spread gives background information on each animal – playful science learning for ages 4-6.
