Ol' Mama Squirrel
Ol’ Mama Squirrel is fiercely protective of her babies and has an arsenal of weapons to hurl at any threat: arched eyebrows, waving fists, scolding threats, and pelted acorns are all used to ward off intruders. These work as a dog, a kite, an airplane, and an arborist come too close to her tree nest. She meets her match when a huge bear announces “I’ll eat your whole family tree!” Ol’ Mama replies,” Not on MY watch, buster!” and the local squirrel population comes to her aid.
