University websites with fitness information include Wellness Letter.com, maintained by UC, Berkeley; the Tufts Nutrition Navigator, with special sections on family, women's, and men's health; and the University of Illinois' Nutrition Analysis Tool 2.0, which allows you to submit foods for nutritional analysis.
Commercial sites include FitnessLink, a newsletter-style webpage filled with fitness information; Shape Up America!, which features a body fat lab and cyberkitchen; the Fitness Jumpsite, with an activity calorie counter and a sign-up section to e-mail a fitness partner; and Efit, which has body mass index fitness calculators, and a food nutrition search feature;
