How to participate:
All you need to get started is to go online or sign up at any one of our libraries.
Beginning June 1st, track your child’s reading online. For every five books that are read, your child has completed a level. Once a level is complete, visit any Library location to collect a prize. Preschoolers can win the following prizes:
- Level 1 – Book
- Level 2 – Superhero Duck
- Level 3 – Beach Ball
- Level 4 – Superhero Sunglasses and an entry into the grand prize drawing
This year’s grand prizes are better than ever. Preschoolers who reach Level 4 by June 30 will be entered to win 2 tickets to a Cincinnati Reds game! Preschoolers who reach Level 4 by July 31 will be entered to win a LeapFrog LeapPad1 Explorer!
After your child has completed Level 4, keep reading for the chance to earn more entries into the grand prize drawing! For each additional 5 books read, your child will earn another entry.

Power Up for Summer Reading! On June 1 from 10am-6pm, children and their families are invited to stop by any Library location to decorate a superhero mask, while supplies last.
Then be sure to visit your local Library all summer to pick up books and attend some of our super programs!
