About the Department

Visit the Circulation Services Department to apply for a new Library card or renew an expired card. Books and other materials may be returned to the Circulation Services desk. Library materials may also be returned at the Ninth Street drive-up window or bookdrop, or the Vine Street or Eighth Street bookdrop. Check out materials or pay fines using the self-service check out machines in the Atrium, Popular Library, or in the North Building, next to the Children’s Learning Center. Holds can be retrieved from the “Express Holds” shelves in the Atrium or at the Ninth Street drive-up window.
